1. Approval of the counting commission of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC "Optima Bank". 
2. On early termination of powers of a member of the BoD of JSC "Optima Bank". 
3. Election of a member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Optima Bank" and approval of the amount of remuneration and compensations to be paid to the member of the BoD of JSC "Optima Bank".
